Day1: Entebbe Airport to Lake Mburo National Park
Upon your arrival at Entebbe international airport in Uganda, meet one of our professional guide. Thereafter transfer to western Uganda via Masaka-Mbarara high way, enroute stopover at the equator for an informative talk, snacks/breakfast and life time memory photos. Drive to the Mburo where savannah meets the jungle and arrive at lunch time and after have simple break, afternoon take a boat cruise a long lake Mburo which is much awesome with its scenic view of aquatic and un-aquatic animals, birdlife species along the shores of the Lake. Among species includes the hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, water bucks, great egrets, vultures, doves, sparrows, shore bills among others respectively. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo lodge, Arcadia cottages or Lake Mburo lodge. Meal plan: Half-Board.
Day2: Game drive and Transfer to Bwindi Home of Gorillas in Uganda
Dawn game drive to spot variety of wildlife both nocturnal and none, this park is much recommended because of its rare species like the impala, eland and zebras. More animals like some big five and others can be spotted-includes: buffaloes, warthogs, water bucks, bush bucks, topi, oribi, hyenas among others respectively. Return to lodge for lunch. After embark our safari truck depart for Bwindi impenetrable national park via the amazing winding vegetations of Kigezi region. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla forest camp, Ruhijja lodge, clouds gorilla lodge, mahogany springs (luxury) or Engagi lodge, Gorilla resort, Kitandara camp (mid-range) or Buhoma rest camp, cuckoo land lodge, wagtail eco lodge, Trekkers tavern lodge (budget). Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day3: Gorilla Tracking Adventure
Have your early morning cup of coffee / tea, after prepare for briefing from the park officials. After enter into the jungle to search the shy mountain gorillas in their natural habitat, when you encounter the great apes relax and experience them for your one hour entitled to spend viewing their life style. This experience can be half or full day depending on the primates movement in this tropical forest. Carry yourself the walkable shoes, hut, insect repellent, sun screen, rain gears, packed lunch, mineral water, snacks and other requirement may be needed once in the tropical rain forest. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Full-Board
Day4: Drive back to Kampala
Today have morning breakfast; after we shall embark our safari vehicle and trail back to Kampala with our lunch en-route, stopover at the equator to shop souvenirs’ and take back home. Arrive in Kampala evening and our guide will transfer you to the airport to board your home flight. Meal plan: Half-Board, End of services.
